guys, NS and love

had been wondering if NAtional service had been a succesful programme in gromming guys from boys to man.

had met some1 really childish guy whom i m so disappointed in. i had least expected him to be like that as i had known him for years. the choice of vocab that he used is just wrong and he had vented his frustrations on me when such stuff happen. He is doing NS now still. i mean if someone is unable to reciproate your love, there is NO need to thank her for being so heartless right?and worst to think that when rejection occurs, its the always the guys at fault. i am in no position to pinpoint fault and i never did in the 1st place but its just that your words are way to harsh to maintain even a friendship at least. guess he doesnt get my point.

so in NS are u really that mature after going through a 1PLUS years to get yourself a GF?or its just that you need companionship?judging from the incident, i cannot sense your maturaity in a relationship. to love is not to possess. but as long as the person u love is happy, u are happy too. i know its harsh to face rejections and so on, but dont just vent ur frustration on someone who wants to comfort u.

one more thing that i cannot stand about guys is when they said" u think army very easy ar, u gals dun need go army leh u go do and see lah".*Faint* u r a guy lah. and here i am trying to listen to ur problems and your whinnings without complaint as i totally understand the hard times u r going throguh now and u just shot at me as though i never care for u? try taking in our position to give birth to kids?so what if we start work earleir than u guys, go university earlier than u guys? do you know that your starting pay is way much higher than GIRLS when you go out to work because the government compensate you for your NS!

i mean i m not trying to be gender bias here. its the way that SOME(not all ) guys put it to blame us for not participating in NS that really turns me off.

girls can do NS if the goverment really want.
I feel that our National service may be different from the guys. we can spend like 2 years getting ourselves attached to various units to be trained in adminstration, first aid and other soft skills if it is needed in a war or some crisis. for example all girsl must undergo full 1st aid course which include things like CPR lah blahblah and our reservice can be to renew the licenses of these courses. soft skills such as conseling can be taught to the girsl in national service too. basic survival courses that are similar to OBS can be taught to girls.so in times of crisis, there will be motivators to motivate our soldiers and people on.
Fitter girls who wants to participate in guy's ns can oso be explored. maybe there shd b a girls unit or something like that that offers military training according to girls standards, just like our NAFA test.

On the other hand, i seen guys who had turn matured after NS. unfortunatly, it can be counted with my 10 fingers.
this really changed my past perception that maturity comes with age.
haha now that i feel that maturity is inborn!whaha when do guys really mature and start to think ?
