makes me think and reflect nehz. Its not just another Bimbo shows with designer clothes but rather a realism show which shows what is behind the glamorous dog-eat-dog society.

On the other hand, There are people who work so hard for their goals that they kinda lose themselves.there have been 10 cases of people who just passed away in their sleep.The latest case was a 41 years old career woman who just die from sleeping and her 71 years old mum couldnt wake her up. All these cases had shown some similar trails of that they are professionals who hold high positions in the society.

Mum was commenting that 以前的人是老死，现在的人是病逝。hmm its indeed true that Singaporeans have more and more people getting diseases such as hypertension which needs long term medication. The top cancer in Singapore for male is the Lung cancer while for female is Breast cancer. despite these diseases, i feel that STRESS is the biggest and invisible killer to thses unatural death. the math is as follows:

Accumulation of emotions and frustrations which u cannot led out -->negative thoughts-->gd enviromental condition for cancerous cells to grow-->diseases

so we must exercise, eat more fruits and veges which can increase antioxidants to our body and engage in social circles to provide support emotional support for each other k!if you have problems or frustrations, must led it all out!dont ever surpress your emotions too hard k?
