life

another week just pass le nehz!
and i realised that i have 7 more weeks more to home!
vividly remember that i came here with 21 weeks!
and now its just 50 more days to home
time really flies nehz!

ok some updatess
went desserting on fri night with shanice, kit mum n mr wong!
finally tasted koko black's belgium selection
its really great
and yes, i m so addicted to choc now
HELP!!

haha

in australia, the land of fine dairy products,

can some 1 kindly advise me on how to curb my choc addiction?
or can some recommand a rehab program for me?
haha

sun picnic at the botanic gardens!
i was late due to the late released by temple but still a very nice day!
Shine of remembrance:

lovely flowers and if u look carefully at the chair,
it is bought by a couple and their names are tagged on it!
we just lay on the glass and eat lots of junk food
its nice to enjoy SPRING!
although the temperature of next day just drop down to a freaking 15 degrees
but thats melbourne

and on the way to temple that day, i saw this:

ya!its like the car window is being smashed!
in broad day light
such sights is something that i will see in sg
and i think no alarm sounded

as for school:
its week 12 now
and we just have our evaluation of the lecturers
on OTAS PAPER like this

it makes me appreciate NUS system more!
really have to shade the papers to evaluate the lessons wor!
haha and
i give super low evaluations to this subject:

as much as globalisation is such an interesting topic,
i find it so dry when he teaches it
and the worst thing is he isnt prepared for the lecture!
hmm worst than international trade in NUS wor
shall not comment much on that

Food:
ok i realised that there are "Exotic vegetables" of Australia that i shd blog about
this is call brussel sprouts:

currently my fav veg!
its is like mini cabbage!
any1 seen it in sg?
haha so cute right?
it is so good in mushroom sauce!

and this week, i am feeling advantureous
that i bought pink grapfruit for 70 cents
not sure about the taste yet
but yaa hahaha update when i try them ok?

thoughts:
hmm as much as i was homesick,
i think i never regret this decision of SEP to melb
and i am so very sure that i will miss this place now
the friendly people
the great food
and the whole experience
doh!
did i mentioned that the life here is super slow paced?
its like people NEVER press door closing buttons in the lifts
and SELDOM press on the traffic lights to wait for green man
OFTEN drinks and do nothing on fri nights
and NO1 i saw RUNs across the traffic lighy(except for me)
plus CARS give way to predestrians on the road!
hahaa yes no rush and relax life here

and please to be envious of me k?
because i am sure you guys can do it too!
everyone has different experiences and chances in life
for me, on top of the advantages of SEP,
the disadvantage will be:
-next semester will be a super hard one for me
-coming here has lower my chance of an honors degree!
-Spend alot $!
-intense misses for my loved ones
haha yes opportunity cost at work here
so there are gains and losses

so yupz jiayous everyone!
lets make the best out of our life and live it to the fullest!
