sudden random post!
some random thoughts here
how many times have we said what we never meant? hmm especially when: 1) When you are really angry oman, at such situation, it is just so hard to control what u never meant to say at all and it just happens so fast! 2) When you are hiding something from someone 3) When u dont know what you want 4) When u are just entertaining someone 5) When u feel paiseh and you have to say something nice to someone/ to accept someone's kind gesture and recently i realised that there is such a thin line between taking initiative to do the right stuff and to analyse what is not meant to be said and do the right thing eg: A: do you want to eat kiwi? B: oh no its ok. you go ahead A: are you sure u dun 1? B: ya i am fine thanks! A: *put it in front* nah for u B: oh tts nice, thank you!*beamS* so yups, being a straigth forward me, i will take the "ya i am fine thank you" for the ans and eat the kiwi myself but then i realised that action of *put it in front* is impt! it shows initiative adn the understanding of someone and its something that i had pick up and if i decide to skip it and eat the kiwi myself, B may really want to eat but too paiseh to ask for and B may also be too full to eat but dun wanna reject ur kind gesture! aiyoo! haha no worries, i am not directing at any1 at all! its really a radom thought of mine and no such example have happen in real life ok? haha its all about EQ! _________________________________________________________________ and have been chatting with my dearest mum on msn at night my dad msn has a super funky email address yeah? hahaa haha really appreciate that she pick up modern technology just to stay in touch with me! and she is so cute complaining how my dad is too busy to pak tou with her! and this is what we chatted: lee says: i now alot of think dont now how to cook because you not at home and every body is not at home lee says: i every day cooksoup me: really ar?aiyoo mummy lee says: to eat me:u must practice ok cos when i am back i wanna eat your vegies lee says: the two man eat so little veggies lee says: also throw away HAHAHA! the "2 man" refers to my dad n bro =) although i am just away for few months, but i realised that i am still a family girl after all and i really miss my dear parents lots! Despite their naggings and all speaking about which one of the culture difference between asians esp singaporeans and non asians lies in parents the youths are expected to shift out of the house at the age of 18 years old and it will be seen as a bad thing to live together with parents so by the age of 18, you should be able to rent a place and move out to stay with friends independance which explains why they are more individualistic than we do but then, almost all of such countries eg: germany, france have really good pension and healtcare scheme to support the old i cannot imagine if in singapore, we were all to do the same thing i think we will run out of land soon and there will be tons of old folks along the road! yups! although it may sounds fun to move out and stay alone, i feel that in long run, you will still miss the warmth of the family ok haha this is really some radom thoughts of mine! to xin n wk: jiayous for ur attachment!you gals can do it! to passer by: pls =). you are really grade A k? to ling: time flies and ur dear will be back soon! - the LEEs: i love and misses!-
