    Shape Run 08

    Wee!

    Enjoyed the Shape run lotss

    and i am glad to be able to finish the 5km within my personal best in the mornings!

    Its a morning filled with FUN, Laughter, Freebies and Friends!

    Running is really fun and motivated when u ran with your friends

    love the endolphines that is pumped into me =)

    so next up, we will go for the 10KM Great Eastern Women Run!

    After the very nice run, went J8 to support Ah Bing and KW

    in their chariety event

    That day was really a chariety day as my coy was doing special olympics for the disabled at Bishan too!

    haha i am the LUCKY one to see Ah bing dancing on stage with the song that goes "L_O_V_E"

    it feels so good to see someone sharing your passion for charity so as to make the world a better place to live in.



    Then i ran into MR MEh, ah ming, ah boon and Ah hui!

    so i kind of kill 2 birds with 1 stone as i went cartel to look for my friend whom i met during my overseas trip

    She is so nice to give all if us FREE DESSERTS and 15% off!

    oman, that ah boon ordered like 8 scoops of icecream thingy

    and i had the brownies
