EXAMS

Have u ever failed in something that you are not good in before?
and no matter how hard you try,
its hard when everyone thinks its ez?

Well, as much as i graduate from a good uni in sg
with great results in my studies and all
and have been seen as the studious and hardworking girl who score As,
i have my weekness too

i am slow in learning, thus i pick things up slower.
and i sucks at science and MCQ!
my Alevel physics practical was a failure as i cannot even light the circuit up
still remember the panic-ky feeling!
thus i got a C for physics

my 1st econs MCQ was a 12/25
seriously i am bad at MCQs.
For my basic theory evaluation,
i cannot even pass at the 1st attempt as i glance through the book
just do not have the photographic memory for that.
i am just slow in picking up such skills up
My forte will be writing essays( erm excluding the spelling and tenses mistakes)
thats why i can do econs well enough for me to do a major in it.

So, now, in a banking job,
i have to take exams to advance my job
and sad to say, i failed my easiest paper
and paid another $107 for it to retake
i did not reach the 75%.

As i took the bus home to reflect on what went wrong,
i realised that detail studying was something that i cannot do at a go
i can crap but i cannot give exact facts
i need to learn from it.
So god is fair i guess.
facing my weekness that i need to pay more effort to do well now!

And i am glad to have XL with me!
she is forever so encouraging and sharing!
still rmb that she is always the one teaching me my maths and sci,
teaching me how to rmb things b4 we go exams in sec sch.
she taught me to remember sec 4 physics theories
we will stay back in sch to do Amaths question
and when Mrs goh asked me to drop A maths, xl is the one who offer to teach me all the formular and method with paitience,
and
she is the study smart kind of girl who excel in analytical questions and MCQ!
and now, 9 yrs later, she is still teaching me my M5 and 1 B modules
and calling me after the exam to console me!
i was really touched.
although we seldom hang out, but our bond is always there as though it never left.
she is one of the best teachers!

not forgeting my fav fishy who is forever so encouraging towards me
since JC and UNI, she will be the cheer leader of my studies, work, cca, love life and all!

and my pink monster, who always cheeer me up when i feel so low!he is my pillar of support too!

I am so glad to have them in my studious life!
and this made me realised how much they meant to me.

will hang in there and pass next friday and 2nd dec!!
*prays*
Meantime, i will be hibernating at home to transform into a pretty mugger
haha
