    sickly weekend!

Yesterday was an experience for me, a bad one.
Suppose to wake up at 10am to go LY's house for tuition,
then to attend PJ gang birthday celebration and to meet the girls for supper.
But, i got myself gastric flu, which i felt was more of food poisoning:

Before seeing the doc, i googled and saw this:
    In bold are my symtoms.

Gastroenteritis often involves stomach pain or spasms, diarrhea and/or vomiting, with noninflammatory infection of the upper small bowel, or inflammatory infections of the colon.

The condition is usually of acute onset, normally lasting 1–6 days, and is self-limiting.

    Nausea and vomiting  - X 3 times

    Diarrhea X once

Loss of appetite - barely eaten anything as i threw up all i eaten, before medication

    Headaches

    Abnormal flatulence

    Abdominal pain

    Abdominal cramps

Bloody stools (dysentery - suggesting infection by amoeba, Campylobacter, Salmonella, Shigella or some pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli[4])

Fainting and Weakness - Parents got to push me in a wheelchair when i reach hospital for treatment

NUH has a very nice DR MICHAEL at the emergency ward.
The length from admission to seeing him and seek treatment was less than 15 mins.
He is a real nice doctor who will bring me personally to my parents and also explain my situation with my mum and i.
As much as he has a philippino accent, he will speak slowly and let me understand the situation and they type of medicine that i will be fed!
    *thumbs up for that!

It was quite bad, and my first time getting this illness.
thinking bad for what i have eaten the day before on friday, the sushi from cold storage is highly suspicious
    1) the sushi has a layer of condensation on top already. thought might be the fridge so diden bother.
    2) ate the seaweed sushi and it is not as tasy, but i was very hungry, so i ate.

So dears, don't be like me!
CHECK THE STATE OF SUSHI before comsuming ok?

Thanks for all who had sms-ed me for speedy recovery!
especially Ms Lai and Ling who checked on me the whole day till 5 am,
my monster who came down to pick me up from hospital
ZN for the silly sms-es that wishes i get well soon!
veron for coming over to pick up the presents
pjc gang and fishy for the sms-es!
and my BXB kids and JDY!
    thanks for all the concern!
