Broccolli & Mushroom Potato Pie

Spend the lovely afternoon baking a trail batch ( 7 cups ) of potato pie. Think i have lost touch with cooking as i felt that bit of mis-fit into the kitchen! bought the potatos from the mama shop downstairs due to my random mood of making this.

The baking process:

Done!

Yums!

Since this is the trail batch, i am gona try more variations
eg: use fresh brown mushrooms and USA potatoes. =)

Loves random food inventions~
